Abstract
In my LLM Dissertation I explore the key issues dealt with by the International Millitary Tribunal's court of Nuremberg (henceforth the Nuremberg trial) and further explore as to whether the extraordinary actions taken by the Nuremberg trial were truly based on a history of precedent or whether there may have been other influences to the tribunal's decision.
