Jurisdictional issues, online intermediaries, defamation, privacy, freedom of speech and restrictions (2) Corporate governance (including Alien Tort Statute, corporate manslaughter, corporate human rights, corporate human rights abuses, corporate personality) I welcome PhD application on any of the above or related areas.Invited Papers (last two years)
