PhD: Farm Tourism in Wales: A new peasantry perspective

Before joining AU Mandy worked on public-sector, rural and urban development projects in the UK and on development projects with VSO in Nepal. She also has experience as an English language teacher and examiner working overseas and as a volunteer outdoor adventure leader for a youth development charity in Namibia.
