These data are associated with the manuscript "Metagenomics reveals global-scale contrasts in nitrogen cycling and cyanobacterial light harvesting mechanisms in glacier cryoconite". These include the metagenome-assembled genomes (MAG) of Cyanobacteria constructed from cryoconite metagenomes and protein-coding sequences (CDS; both nucleotide and amino acid sequences) deduced from the MAGs.
